About Housing Authority of Pikeville

Nestled in the mountains of Pike County in Eastern Kentucky, Pikeville, Kentucky has been called 'Kentucky's Mountain Treasure. Spectacular views serve as a picturesque backdrop for the rapidly growing city which with well over 100 attorneys, 30 CPA's and more than 900 other businesses, is the financial, industrial and retail marketplace of the mountains. Pikeville also is home to one of the largest earth-moving projects in history - the Pikeville Cut-Thru, and host to one of the biggest festivals in the state, the nationally-known Hillbilly Days. The third weekend in April, rain or shine over 100,000 'hillbillies' descend upon the town for a three-day visit filled with food, fun and mountain music.
